Tiger Woods comments on wrongful death lawsuit

Woods is being sued over the December 2018 death of his employee Nicholas Immesberger, who reportedly drank for three hours after his shift at Woods’ restaurant on the night of his death. Immesberger had a blood alcohol level of .256, more than 3 times the legal limit of below .08, when he crashed. Immesberger’s parents said he personally knew Woods and the golfer’s girlfriend and that they drank with him just days before his tragic death. Woods said Immesberger’s death was a ‘terrible night’ and a ‘terrible ending’. The golfer is set to compete at PGA Championship this week at Bethpage Black.
