Welcome to day one of this 30 day yoga challenge. I’m honoured to be on this journey with you. This style of yoga class is a gentle practice focusing on mindful movement to help you explore the many health benefits of yoga.

Day one is a practice designed to help you show up to this practice and find a comfortable seat to work from. Traditionally, sukhasana (translated as easy pose) is a long-held meditative pose. As the challenge progresses, I’ll offer new poses and varied sequences. All body types and levels of fitness are welcome. My commitment to you is throughout the challenge, I will offer variations on poses and encourage you to do what works for your body in the moment.
