I kind of lost my confident because I got sick and didn’t get to practice for a week and on my last two tournaments I felt really nervous hitting a golf shot but I managed to stay calm and I made the cut for both tournaments. Now that I’m back home and have two more weeks to prepare myself for the next event, I want to gain my confident back by playing aggressively.
This is one of the ways to gain the confident back fast and I learned this from my Coach Andy Combe.
The key point of this drill is challenging your fear by doing what you don’t feel comfortable doing and know that it is okay to make mistakes because golf is not a game of perfect.
